Tidak terasa kita telah memasuki bulan terakhir 2010. Inilah saat yg tepat bagi leader bukan hanya mengevaluasi kinerja dan membuat perencanaan tahun depan, namun juga melakukan refleksi kepemimpinan.

Sebagai pemimpin kita percaya bahwa kepemimpinan tidaklah dibatasi oleh periode kepemimpinan. Jejak-jejak kepemimpinan akan selalu berlanjut ke masa yang akan datang, bahkan ketika sudah tidak lagi memimpin. Karena itu kepemimpinan(leadership) tidaklah dapat dipisahkan dari warisan(legacy).

Jejak indah berupa pencapaian kinerja dapat saja menjadi sebuah catatan yang menginspirasi dan memacu generasi berikutnya untuk berbuat lebih baik. Jejak-jejak manis dalam pengelolaan bisnis dapat saja menjadi sebuah modal struktural untuk melanjutkan perjalanan bisnis selanjutnya. Namun dinamika dunia business yang cepat dapat pula membuat semua jejak tersebut menjadi tidak relevan lagi. Ketika relevansi hilang, maka semua itu hanya menjadi sebuah catatan sejarah, yang cepat atau lambat dapat dilupakan orang.

Ketika pemimpin menjadikan mereka yg dipimpin bukanlah alat untuk mencapai tujuan, namun menjadi tujuan itu sendiri.
Ketika pemimpin menjadikan manusia bukan menjadi strategi semata untuk mewujudkan visi namun sebagai visi itu sendiri.
Ketika pemimpin menyentuh hati seseorang melalui keteladanan personal.
Ketika pemimpin menanamkan makna dan misi kehidupan.
Ketika pemimpin mentransformasi cara berpikir seseorang.
Dan ketika pemimpin menumbuh-kembangkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas seseorang,
Itulah jejak jejak manusia yang tidak akan berakhir dan tidak akan menyusut.

Inilah warisan kepemimpinan yang sebenarnya. This is our everlasting legacy.

Benefit from the millions of microlessons offered to you by God and grow in your readiness to truly love and fully surrender all your ego.

If however you have achieved true repeated oneness with God – then fully focus on “spiritual only goals” – anything and everything else is of zero importance and zero value to you and all mankind. A truly Godrealized person focuses on development of love in all situaitons of life and neither fears darkness nor devil.

Birthday is a day of divine intimacy between God and you. To be God-realized means to accept full responsibility in the name of God and to fully surrender all again and again to God to remain free day by day and to be ready to die for God whenever necessary for a greater purpose of God’s divine plan.

Birthday is a day between you and God – as your birthday most likely has been caused by your separation from God and all causes for your separation from God need to be dissolved in divine love – now or later. Better now ! Later all situation may be far more complex and far more demanding for you than your present situation is !
